Damages and Issues 

Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us to file a claim so we may review your case in the order in which it was received. Upon review, we will contact you via the email. However, if your package is lost or stolen please file a claim with your local post office. Unfortunately, Jessica M. Harris and affiliates can not be found liable for any mishandling by the post office. The local post office will be best to help you with mitigate these issues and concerns. 


Unfortunately, all products and services are non-refundable. Given the nature of these products and services we are unable to provide any refunds or credit.
