Damages and Issues
Customers should inspect their products immediately upon arrival to see if there are any issues with their products (defective or incorrect item.) Contacting us as soon as possible will allow us to be able to evaluate your concern to better assist you. However, if your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Ignite UR Glow and its partners cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office (USPS). Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Once given to the post office they will be able to better assist you.
Unfortunately, all products and services are non-refundable. Given the nature of these products and services we are unable to provide any refunds.
