Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Conditions These terms apply to all bookings for services offered by Jessica Harris, including Coaching, Mentorship, Strategy & Collaboration Sessions, and Consultations. By booking a session, you agree to the following: 1. Session Description All sessions are live, one-on-one virtual meetings designed to provide strategic guidance, coaching, mentorship, or collaboration based on your goals. Services include: Coaching Sessions — Focused on mindset shifts, confidence-building, and empowerment. Mentorship Programs — Long-term support for personal and professional growth. Strategy & Collaboration Sessions — Co-working sessions to develop plans, offers, or brand strategy. Consultations — Clarity sessions to troubleshoot challenges and outline next steps. Session lengths vary based on booking, typically 30 or 60 minutes. 2. Non-Refundable Policy Due to the preparation involved, all bookings are final and non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges for missed sessions or late cancellations. Please book with certainty. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to their session. Requests within 48 hours may forfeit the session without refund. Reschedules must be submitted via email to: igniteurglow@yahoo.com No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes late) will be marked as a missed session. 4. Client Responsibility Clients must: Complete intake forms before the session. Arrive on time and remain engaged. Take personal responsibility for implementing strategies discussed. 5. Confidentiality All information shared is confidential. Jessica Harris will not disclose any personal, business, or sensitive information without consent, except as required by law. 6. Intellectual Property All materials and strategies provided remain the intellectual property of Jessica Harris and Ignite UR Glow. Materials are for personal or internal business use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission. 7. Results Disclaimer Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on the Client’s participation and follow-through. Jessica Harris and Ignite UR Glow make no guarantees regarding individual or business outcomes. 8. Limitation of Liability By booking, you agree to release Jessica Harris, Ignite UR Glow, its platforms, subsidiaries, affiliates, and contractors from all claims or liabilities related to participation in services.
