There are many people who are finding themselves in the midst of a pivot or a transition right now. So I wanted to give you a quick list of reasons why God would move you. As with any word you may receive, please take this into prayer and allow God to confirm this for you.

To Protect You

God's protection is His preservation. It's his way of keeping you safe. So the move that you are making to go from city to city, state to state or country to country may be His way of keeping you out of harm's way. There's been plenty of prophecies about weather-related events, famine, wars and more that have gone forth. God is still speaking of these things to come. So when God places it on your heart to move, seek him further for instructions and move accordingly.

To Prune You

Pruning is a huge part of the process in our faith walk with God. It's the time where God sees where you are and help you to get to where you are supposed to be. In order to do that, He has to clean you off first. So there may be some habits, past trauma, belief systems and more that God is going to uproot out of you. That isn't going to look pretty or feel pretty, but it makes a huge difference in how you look when He is done. You won't even recognize yourself because all the stains of life will be washed away. That is the beauty in allowing God in to cleanse you and purify you. The pruning part doesn't start or only take place when God moves you. Nope. It will start to happen beforehand. You'll start to see conviction hit your spirit when you are doing things or saying things that are not in the will of God. The more you build your relationship up with God, the more you will start to see Him move in you.

Your Promise Land

God wants to bring you to your place of plenty. Your place of Goshen. God wants His children to live abundantly in Him and to serve Him and build up His kingdom in whatever industry He has placed you in. When you go to the place that is your promise land, you will not only survive but thrive there. To get there you have to go through a process and everyone' process is going to look different. So don't get caught up if what you see taking place with you is not the same as it is with other people. God has a plan for you and you are indeed important to His kingdom.
