Are You Still Rehearsing or Have You Begun To Embody Her?

It’s time to take the mask off and ask yourself:
Are you embodying who you say you are —or are you still performing?
When you look in the mirror, are you still catching glimpses of your past…or have you accepted that version of you is gone?
There’s a new one waiting to be acknowledged.
Not loud. Not frantic. Not proving.
Poised.
Like she knows it’s her turn — not because she forced it, but because she prepared for it.
Her presence speaks before she does. Her confidence doesn’t compete. It settles the room.
So, when you see yourself — who are you envisioning?
The version trying to measure up to an ideal you haven’t “caught up to”?
Or the woman who understands that healing has already elevated her beyond who she used to be?
You better stop playing about who you are.
Because being the calm before the storm —that’s how they’ll recognize you.
Not by volume. By embodiment.
