The Transition of Becoming...

2025, was a year of revealing. There was a lot of questions that I had been coming into the year with and I knew that God had spoken a word, but I couldn't fully see what was going on. To be real I still don't know the full scope. It was a year of revealing. I had to be honest with myself about what felt broken inside of me. I needed to recognize my imperfections didn’t mean that I wasn’t worth redeeming. That my flaws didn’t mean I couldn’t come back after what felt like failure. 2025 broke me in a better way. Old habits had to die while new disciplines were developed.

My mindset had to be renewed so I stop trying to hide from my audience and simply show up as me. Authentically Jess. we don’t realize that hurt, pain, rejection, they all come with at our that we wear to protect us and keep us out of harm's way. What it really does it soothes the pain but doesn’t heal it. It makes you reconsider the agenda of everyone around leaving you to pick up the pieces that was never supposed to be your to pick up. Opening myself up to finally see the wound and addressed them made room for God to sow seeds within me that restored my identity. He helped me to see that I was capable of putting on my own suit and not needing to carry what others felt about me. That totally changed the trajectory of what it meant to be coming. To becoming a new woman as I exited out of an old season. Making room for him to breathe new life into vision I had long let go of. He tore Down what expired so I could see the new thing and that it could bring. Joy, peace, love. A season for growth and opportunities. A season where things that once looked dead became a resurgence of victory.
